I hold an MSc in Manufacturing Management and Technology and a Diploma in Welding Engineering (DipWE) from TWI, with expertise in process improvement, materials science, and quality management.
I am a Six Sigma Black Belt, experienced in Lean, DMAIC, and advanced statistical tools. At DePuy (Johnson & Johnson) and Orchid Orthopedics, I led cross-functional projects, mentored Green Belts, and drove cost savings and operational efficiency. My strength lies in leading change, optimising manufacturing processes, and ensuring sustainable business success.​
